PURPOSE
This document shows the detailed procedures for setting preferences for Security.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
These preferences set up determine how the system would work for certain functions in the system.
PROCEDURE
1. To navigate to Security Preference, click Set Up > Static > Securities. The Security screen displays.
2. Click on the security short name hyperlink in the listing to drill down to Maintain Security Information screen.
3. Click Preference. The Security Preference screen displays.
4. The following explain the preference field set up.

| Flag | Click on the Flag hyperlink to update the value.
Click Update. |
