Scheduled Payment Request

PURPOSE

This document explains how payment requests can be scheduled into CS Lucas system.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT

Scheduled payment requests reduce the workload and the need for users to manually key in the payment requests especially when the volume is high.

PROCEDURE

1. CS Lucas can be scheduled to read a well-formed payment request file in JSON format from an SFTP server. Any files available in the SFTP server will be read in the system every two minutes.

2. Once the file is read in the system, it will appear in the Payment Request screen. Payment request scheduled from SFTP is automatically submitted for payment processing in Settlement Control screen. In this example, PRB100029.00. See Settlement Control for more details on payment processing.
