Report 2203: Outstanding Term Loan Listing- By Type and Ccy

PURPOSE

To provide the details used by CS Lucas to show the List of Outstanding Term Loan by Type and Currency.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

Allow users to verify the details of Term Loan.

QUERY

1. Navigate to Report 2203: Outstanding Term Loan Listing – By Type and Ccy.

2. Fill in the mandatory parameters – Acct Cntr and As At Date.

3. Click on the required format.

4. The report shows the Accounting Centre, Trade ID, Counterparty, Portfolio ID, Currency, MDate, VDate, Rate Basis, Margin, Principal (Amount), Balance, Accrued Interest and Base Currency.

TERM LOAN DETAILS

1. Navigate to Transaction > Term Loan.

2. Key in MDate Fr*.

3. Click Refresh. Term Loan Trades are shown in this page.

TERM LOAN BALANCE

1. Select TML100001.00

2. Click on Repayment in Amend Term Loan Page.

3. In the above report, Trade Ccy Balance on 1-Jan-2011 (Input in As At* Date, QUERY 2.) is 113,172.76.

4. In Amend Term Loan Repayment Page, look for the date before 1-Jan-2011. Which is 5-Dec-2010, outstanding amount at 1-Jan-2011 is 113,172.76.
