PURPOSE
This document contains the detailed procedure on accessing price administration for exchange rates, swap points, security prices, basis rates and rate structure in CS Lucas system.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
Price administration allows rates to be locked and approved to prevent unauthorised changes. With the rates being approved, system can perform key scheduled functions such as posting of accounting journals to external accounting system.
PROCEDURE
1. Price administration can be found under Prices > Exchange Rate, Swap Points, Security Prices, Interest Rate > Basis Rate Maintenance and Rate Structure.
