Report 8003: Brokerage Analysis

PURPOSE

To provide the details used by CS Lucas to show the total Brokerage Amount for all investment trade grouped by currency.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

Allow users to verify the analysis of Brokerage amount.

FORMULA

The formulae used by CS Lucas for % Period Share are as follows:

QUERY

1. Navigate to Report 8003: Brokerage Analysis.

2. Fill in the mandatory parameter – Acct Cntr, Portfolio, From Date, To Date and Report Currency.

3. Click on the required format.

4. The report shows the Broker, Currency, Brokerage, Report Amount and % Period Share.

INVESTMENT TRADE BROKERAGE DETAILS

1. Navigate to Reporting > Standard.

2. Key in 8001 in ID.

3. Select ID 8001, it shows the values for all the investment trades.

4. Click on  to export this report into excel format.

5. Filter TRADECCY column to USD, the total amount for brokerage is 25.00. (Shown in report 8003)

6. The same goes for Ccy SGD.
